If you are considering applying to be a new resident of Lakeland Village, we would love to have you! Please download, complete and drop off the application packet at our office. If you’re dropping off outside of regular office hours, please feel free to slip your completed packet into the drop slot and don’t forget to attach the $30 per adult application fee.

** As of 08/08/2025, applications for efficiencies are now being accepted. Applicants should still anticipate a significant wait time before an apartment is available. The waitlist for one & two bedroom units is still CLOSED due to the lengthy waitlist. **

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. If you leave required information blank or do not include required paperwork, we will not accept your application.

Lakeland Village Application Packet

We offer efficiencies, one- and two-bedroom models. Standard features include: blinds, dishwasher, air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting or luxury vinyl plank flooring. Our units feature large, spacious rooms, walk-in closets, windows in the kitchen (1 & 2 bedroom apartments), lots of cabinet space, tennis court and laundry rooms are conveniently located throughout the property. Storage units are available to our residents for a nominal fee.

Rental rates do not include utilities or trash service. Residents responsible for utilities and trash fees.

This is an all electric community and the resident manager lives onsite.

Lakeland Village is a smoke-free community. Renters insurance is required of all residents.
